We provide opportunities for doctoral students to do research in an interdisplinary area that integrates economics, computer science and jurisprudence. The IME Graduate School started in April 2004. By now more than twenty researchers are actively carrying out their research work with thirteen professors from different disciplines. Meanwhile the graduate school organizes many academic activities, in order to promote fruitful communication and cooperations.      More

14.12.2009 IME Christmas Party
The Ph.D students of the IME Graduate School celebrated their Christmas party on 14th December. An enjoyable highlight was again the traditional "Schrottwichteln".

05.-06.11.2009 The 10th IME Colloquium in Speyer
Our 10th IME Colloquium took place on November 5th-6th, again in Speyer. Students and professors met to present and discuss their latest results in research. As a social event, a wine tasting was organized.
   
Former IME Ph.D. student Christoph Sorge takes on assistant professorship
Former IME Ph.D. student Christoph Sorge takes on assistant professorship (Jun.-Prof.) in Paderborn. After Christane Barz, who is an assistant professor at UCLA, Christoph is the second IME scholar to be awarded an assistant professorship. Congratulations!
